  • 22 1/2 pounds Flank steak, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 bell peppers, seeded and sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Season flank steak generously with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large zip-top bag, combine seasoned steaks with tamari sauce and crushed garlic. Seal and massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Remove marinated steaks from the bag and discard marinade. Place each piece on a cutting board; divide asparagus and bell peppers among steaks. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Preheat air fryer according to manufacturer instructions.
  5. Spray bundles lightly with olive oil spray and arrange in the air fryer basket in batches.
  6. Cook at 400°F for about 5 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
