  • 3 lb rack of beef baby back ribs (cut in half)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rub by mixing all rub ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly seasoning both sides of the ribs.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, meat side down, and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip the ribs using tongs and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Baste with barbecue sauce and increase temperature to 400°F, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
