  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Remove the husks from the corn and rinse under cool water.
