  • Italian sub rolls
  • Unsalted butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Deli-sliced turkey slices
  • Deli-sliced chicken slices
  • Deli-sliced turkey pepperoni
  • Deli-sliced mozzarella cheese
  • Deli-sliced provolone cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Sliced black olives
  • Sliced banana peppers
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, melt unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush seasoned butter over the cut sides of each roll.
  5. Layer turkey slices followed by chicken slices, turkey pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and provolone cheese on one half of each roll.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and add roasted red peppers, black olives, banana peppers, and fresh basil leaves.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bread is crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
