  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through to your desired doneness.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until softened and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, feta cheese, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Stack the cooked beef patties on a plate. Top with sautéed mushrooms. Drizzle generously with the Thyme Feta Cream Sauce before serving.
