Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through to your desired doneness.
