  • 4 slices Center Cut Turkey Bacon
  • 1 White Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Poblano or Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 packet Chili Seasoning
  • 28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
  • 34 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a Dutch oven or soup pot over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and poblano or bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until softened; add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the turkey sausage and break it apart with a wooden spoon; cook until browned completely.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients, including chopped turkey bacon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes until thickened.
