  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups tomato sauce (or enchilada sauce)

Instructions

  2. Boil cabbage leaves in salted water for about 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
