- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- 2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Heat gently until warm.
