  • 13 to 16 ounces of pre-made pizza dough
  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Mini turkey pepperoni (about 6 ounces)
  • Black olives (sliced)
  • Cooked chicken (chopped)
  • Baby spinach
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a mini skull baking tin with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4" thickness and cut it into rectangles that will fit the skull cavities.
  3. Fit each piece of dough into the skull mold, then layer in the pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and your choice of toppings.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch it shut carefully.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator while the oven is preheating.
  6. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling for five minutes before unmolding and serve warm with marinara sauce.
