- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed

- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
