  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice apples into wedges about 1/2 inch thick, removing the core and seeds.
  3. In one bowl, combine flour; in another bowl, beat the eggs; in a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
