  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, both soups, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth until moistened. Spread over the chicken layer.
  5. Top with optional cheese if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
