  • 23 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat melted butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to the butter mixture; fold in sprinkles.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
