Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute. Return the steak to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter mixture for another 2 minutes.
  3. Cook shell pasta according to package directions; drain. In another pot, melt butter, add heavy cream and seasonings, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Combine the pasta with the sauce, serve topped with steak bites, and garnish with fresh parsley.
