Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until all pieces are well-coated.
- In another bowl, mix together sliced zucchini, diced sweet potato, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to ensure even coating.
