Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk well.
  4. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
