- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan. Microwave until melted, then whisk in the eggs until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until firm. Let cool.
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- In an 8 x 8-inch baking pan lined with foil, layer two pieces of baked keto lasagna sheets, followed by ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Bake assembled lasagna for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
