  • 23 tbsp key lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine milk, key lime juice, zest, and vanilla in a measuring cup.
