  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill or grill pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
