  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 packages Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
  • 2 packages Jell-O vanilla-flavor instant pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk
  • ½ cup canned mandarin orange segments (drained)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. For the pudding mixture, dissolve orange Jell-O powder in boiling water. In another bowl, prepare vanilla pudding per package instructions, then combine with the dissolved Jell-O. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust, followed by the pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  5. Chill for at least two hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with mandarin orange segments prior to serving.
