  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
