  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
  4. For the topping, toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread over the cheesecake layer and dot with cold butter pieces.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown on top. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
