  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (170°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and whisked eggs until blended. Gradually mix in the melted chocolate mixture.
