- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Sweet potatoes (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and chopping them into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
- In a cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the ground lamb and cook until browned. Add tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and peas; mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the lamb mixture evenly in the skillet and top with the creamy sweet potato mash.
