  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss with olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika).
  2. Layer seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place seasoned chicken on top of potatoes.
  5. Spread minced garlic over chicken and pour sauce to coat.
  6. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  7. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top until melted.
