  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the sirloin steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
