- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 and 3/4 cups unsalted butter, very cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup ice-cold water
- 4 cups hulled and chopped fresh strawberries
- 4 cups halved fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Pie Dough: Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until pea-sized clumps form. Gradually add ice-cold water until large clumps form. Shape into discs and refrigerate.

- Roll Out Dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out one disc into a rectangle (10×16 inches) and place on a baking sheet.
