  • 1/3 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: lemon juice
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
