- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- In a food processor, finely chop celery, onion, carrots, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the vegetable mixture in olive oil over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until softened. Let cool.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Combine buttermilk and melted butter in a separate bowl and whisk.
