  • 34 ripe peaches, sliced or cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and prepare them by slicing peaches into cubes or wedges, halving grapes and strawberries, and slicing kiwi if desired.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared peaches, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and kiwi gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice with chopped mint until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture in the large bowl and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
