- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green), halved
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)

- Fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and prepare them by slicing peaches into cubes or wedges, halving grapes and strawberries, and slicing kiwi if desired.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared peaches, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and kiwi gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice with chopped mint until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture in the large bowl and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly.
