Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, red curry paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
