- 12 ounces unsalted butter (softened, 3 sticks)
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 3–4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (cold)
Instructions
