Ingredients
- 1 lb steak bites
- 12 oz refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan
- ½ cup shredded fontina or white cheddar
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
