  • 1 cup softened plant-based butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallow crème
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips or gray/black round cake decorations for eyes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cupcakes according to the package directions and cool completely on a wire rack.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened plant-based butter and vanilla using a mixer until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined. Fold in vegan marshmallow crème gently.
  3. Transfer frosting to a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Frost cooled cupcakes in an upward swirl to create ghost shapes.
  4. Press mini chocolate chips into frosting for eyes and use larger chocolate chips or decorations for mouths.
