Ingredients
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 4–5 kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- For the watermelon puree, remove the flesh from the rind and blend it in a food processor until smooth; you’ll need about 2 cups.
- Fill popsicle molds about 3/4 full with watermelon puree and freeze for 30 minutes.
- For the kiwi puree, peel and chop the kiwi, then blend until smooth; add honey to taste for sweetness (aim for about 1 cup).
- Fill molds to the top with kiwi puree, insert sticks, and freeze until solid (approximately 4 hours).
- To remove popsicles, dip molds briefly in warm water.
