  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-6 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 7-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese; stir until melted and combined.
  6. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Layer provolone cheese over the beef mixture, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
